We started having issues with our 30+ year old toilets and called around to see which local companies could offer the fastest service. Before calling S&R, we had booked with another company who promised next day service. Unfortunately, they were a no-call, no-show kind of company, and we became a little desperate for service. After reading other positive reviews, S&R was our next call, and did they ever deliver! Not only do they have the best scheduler (Alex), their entire team is professional and friendly. We had someone over the next day to inspect and do a minor repair to tide us over. Any time there was even the chance of delay, we were notified and supported with options. They even sent mini bios and pictures so we knew who was on their way! Our inspector recommended that we consider replacing the toilets (something we should have done years ago, honestly) and within a week we had 3 brand new top of the line toilets delivered and installed at a very reasonable price! We've already recommended their services to others and we're planning our next appointment for waterline hookup to a new fridge. Don't make the same mistake we did - call S&R first. You won't regret it!
