Installation of a water filtration system under the sink. Efficient work and quick understanding of the connections needed.

I recently had an emergency plumbing issue and called S&R late on a Sunday night for help. They quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it efficiently. The plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. I was impressed with both the speed and quality of their work, and will be using them in the future for any plumbing-related work.

Updating my post with the correct name. Lol! Great service! My faucet in the kitchen was leaking and they promptly came to replace it. Kegan, arrived on time and did a fabulous job, moreover, it did not take very long. Friendly, professional, top notch service from beginning (when you speak with Lucie), to completion of the service. I also liked that Kegan took his boots off and didn’t go traipsing through my place with his boots/shoes, and cleaned up before he left. Our plumber, Bahha, was phenomenal — transparent, patient, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was happening, what needed to be repaired, and our options along the way. You could genuinely tell that he was trying to do the job properly while also keeping our costs as reasonable as possible.

Everything is now repaired and working better than before, and I felt reassured throughout the whole process. The customer service was also excellent — efficient, responsive and helpful from my very first call.
