I cannot even begin to tell you how fantastic S&R is. I had plumbing issues over the Christmas holidays and I called 2 different plumbers. All they did was run the water, flush the toilet a few times then told us it was working fine. I called S&R and they were extremely thorough and fixed my issue. They did this in the middle of the night….when the weather was horrible…and eventhough I was an hour away out in the country! Please save yourself sometime and just call them if you need a great plumber.

I highly recommend this company!! What started as a clogged kitchen sink quickly turned into a nightmare when we discovered there were much bigger issues with our plumbing.

Our plumber, Bahha, was phenomenal — transparent, patient, professional, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was happening, what needed to be repaired, and our options along the way. You could genuinely tell that he was trying to do the job properly while also keeping our costs as reasonable as possible.

Everything is now repaired and working better than before, and I felt reassured throughout the whole process. The customer service was also excellent — efficient, responsive and helpful from my very first call.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I recently had an emergency plumbing issue and called S&R late on a Sunday night for help. They quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it efficiently. The plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process. I was impressed with both the speed and quality of their work, and will be using them in the future for any plumbing-related work.

Updating my post with the correct name. Lol! Great service! My faucet in the kitchen was leaking and they promptly came to replace it. Kegan, arrived on time and did a fabulous job, moreover, it did not take very long. Friendly, professional, top notch service from beginning (when you speak with Lucie), to completion of the service. I also liked that Kegan took his boots off and didn’t go traipsing through my place with his boots/shoes, and cleaned up before he left. These little things are a nice touch and immensely appreciated. Thanks! Would highly recommend S&R Plumbing.

I called for help for an evening service as I could not unclog my kitchen sink. And I needed a new piece of piping replaced the following day. Bahha was very punctual on both occasions. He explained everything as he worked and was very amicable and professional. Even though calling a plumber is expensive, it had to be done, and for that, I am thankful.
